Mattheus Oliveira – the son of 1994 World Cup star Bebeto – will join Juventus, his representative has confirmed.
“It is all OK,” Vantuil Goncalves is quoted as saying in Lancenet. “The last few details have been agreed upon.
“We just need one document to formalise everything, but the fee and the length of the contract have already been defined.
“As soon as this document arrives then Mattheus will travel to Italy for his medical.”
Mattheus is an 18-year-old attacking midfielder who is expected to cost the Old Lady around €1.5m from Flamengo.
The Brazilian hit the headlines as soon as he was born as his father’s cradle-rocking goal celebrations during the 1994 World Cup were dedicated to his arrival.
