No action has been taken against Torino’s Riccardo Meggiorini after he was alleged to have racially abused Juventus’ Paul Pogba.
The two men clashed during the April 28 derby towards the end of the first half, where the incident was said to have taken place.
Sporting judge Gianpaolo Tosel has examined all of the evidence, but there were contradictory statements which have blurred events.
As a result, Tosel has been unable to ascertain with any certainty whether the 20-year-old Frenchman was the victim of a racist slur or not.
