Inter chief Massimo Moratti has accepted the criticism of fans after another Serie A defeat for the Nerazzurri.
The 3-1 reverse at San Siro to Lazio last night was their sixth loss in their last seven League games and led to more unrest from the home faithful.
“I thought it was all very civilised,” the oil baron commented. “I'm a fan too and I think the questions aimed at me were right.
“To be honest, I don't have the answers to some of them, but otherwise I see things the same way myself.
“We need to be stronger as a club and also in terms of players, although that's not easy with all these injuries.
“People are cruel when they speak ill of you but generous when they think well of you. A careful balance is needed for the future.”
The Beneamata have been plagued by injuries this term and it was no different in the tie against the capital side.
“We started off in a pretty bad way in terms of our line-up, with few players available, then someone went and got injured straight away…
“Still, I must say we played well, but that's how it is this year. Let's just take it for what it is and focus on rebuilding.”
