The agent of Maarten Stekelenburg has revealed that the goalkeeper is not certain to stay at Roma this summer.

The Dutch shot-stopper was on the verge of a move to Fulham in January, but has since become a regular starter under Aurelio Andreazzoli.

However, his representative has claimed that a move away from Stadio Olimpico is still possible, whilst also commenting on the 30-year-old's recent injury.

“I do not know if Maarten will recover in time for the game against Napoli,” he told romanews. “It is only a small injury and Roma are being very careful not to take any risks.

“I can say though, that he will be fit enough to play in the Coppa final.

“For now, there is nothing certain regarding his future.

“No definitive decision has been taken.

“But I can say that everything is okay with the club.”
