The agent of David Pizarro has revealed that the Chilean playmaker wants to leave Fiorentina this summer.
“At the moment there is nothing official for David and his contract expires in June 2014,” Alejandro Santisteban told calciomercato.it.
“However, he wants to try another adventure in Europe.
“He’s had a great season and I think he can play at the highest level for another year or two. He wants to leave and we’ll go on the market.”
The 33-year-old only joined the Viola last summer from Roma after a brief spell on loan in England with Manchester City.
In 29 League games for Fiorentina this term, Pizarro scored three goals for a club who just missed out on qualification for the Champions League.
