Renato Civelli has turned down a contract extension with Nice and will only accept an offer from Milan.
The Argentine defender will be out of contract with Nice, a club he first joined on loan from San Lorenzo in 2010.
According to Sky Sport Italia, the 29-year-old has rejected the offer of a new contract at OGC Nice and any other proposals from different clubs in Italy and France.
Milan approached him a few weeks ago and he is determined to hold out until he can complete that transfer.
The only delay is so that the Rossoneri can confirm their Coach for next season.
