Claudio Marchisio has committed his future to Juventus amidst reports that he is wanted by a number of foreign clubs.

The Italian international, previously paired with Manchester United, is now apparently on the wish-list of Monaco.

“I want to stay at Juventus,” the 27-year-old told Tuttosport on Monday. “I would like to continue battling for and winning with the club in which I grew up in.”

The midfielder is a product of the outfit’s youth system and has developed into a key figure under boss Antonio Conte.

In 2011-12, Marchisio grabbed nine goals in 36 League games as the Old Lady won the Italian championship.

He netted six in 29 ties this season as the Bianconeri regained the Scudetto.

Juventus director general Beppe Marotta recently noted that the club had no intention of selling the Turin-native.
