An unnamed Italian giant has shown an interest in Lazio and Italy goalkeeper Federico Marchetti, claims his agent.
“There has been an enquiry from a big Serie A side,” Beppe Bozzo told Sport Italia when asked about his client’s future.
“However, Lazio President Claudio Lotito doesn’t want to sell him and the player is happy in the Italian capital.
“Saying that, if an important offer was tabled then he would have no problem in moving on.”
The 30-year-old, who was last night included in Italy’s Confederations Cup squad, is understood to be of interest to Milan.
Marchetti joined Lazio in the summer of 2011 from Cagliari. He’s played 64 League games for the Biancocelesti since then.
