Inter and Cagliari held transfer discussions regarding Radja Nainggolan in Milan on Thursday.
That is according to Sky Sport Italia market expert Gianluca Di Marzio, who has revealed of a meeting at the Principe di Savoia hotel.
Inter technical director Marco Branca had lunch with Rossoblu President Massimo Cellino where the midfielder’s future was the main topic of conversation.
The 25-year-old Belgium international is also known to be a priority transfer target for capital club Roma.
Nainggolan, paired in the past with Milan and Juventus, has been playing his football in Sardinia since his January 2010 move from Piacenza.
