Kevin Constant will continue his career at Milan after his co-ownership with Genoa was reportedly renewed.
The 26-year-old, a midfielder who was used as a full-back last term at San Siro, initially joined the Diavolo on loan last summer.
In January, the Rossoneri signed a half-share in his contract from the Marassi outfit.
Boss Massimiliano Allegri used the former Chievo Verona man in 25 League games during the 2012-13 campaign.
Milan and Genoa have until June 20 to either officially renew or resolve Constant’s co-ownership status.
