Luca Antonini is hoping to continue his career at Milan despite his precarious contract situation at the club.

The 30-year-old is only tied to the outfit until June 2014, meaning the Rossoneri could decide to sell this summer rather than risk losing him on a Bosman in 12 months.

The 30-year-old is only tied to the outfit until June 2014, meaning the Rossoneri could decide to sell this summer rather than risk losing him on a Bosman in 12 months.

“I still have a year left on my contract with Milan,” the left-back told Sport Italia. “We’ll have to wait and see whether there are the conditions in place for me to remain.

“I certainly have the desire to continue playing at Milan.”

The defender had a problematic 2012-13 campaign given that he appeared in just six Serie A ties, two Champions League encounters and a single Coppa Italia match.
