Luca Toni has officially signed a one-year contract with Serie A new boys Hellas Verona.
The veteran striker was a free agent after his 12-month deal with Fiorentina expired.
Verona announced the news this afternoon and it is reported he will earn €0.4m plus performance-related bonuses.
Toni recently turned 36 and has played for numerous clubs, including Modena, Vicenza, Brescia, Palermo, Fiorentina, Bayern Munich, Roma, Juventus, Genoa and Al-Nasr.
Hellas Verona earned promotion into Serie A along with Sassuolo and Livorno.
