Napoli have reportedly lined up offers for Roma forward Erik Lamela and Torino defender Angelo Ogbonna.

The Partenopei are rebuilding under new Coach Rafa Benitez and could soon have €63m to spend from Edinson Cavani’s sale to PSG.

According to SportMediaset, Napoli have targeted Roma starlet Lamela to fill the gap in attack.

The Argentine has very different characteristics to Cavani, as he is more of a right-sided striker than a centre-forward, even though he scored 15 goals in 33 Serie A games last season.

It is not the first time Napoli have been linked with ‘Coco’ Lamela and they are thought to have prepared a contract worth €3.5m per season.

However, if Roma were to release Lamela then it would most likely be for Tottenham, who have shown consistent interest in the 21-year-old.

Meanwhile, Napoli are also said to be targeting Torino defender Ogbonna, as Juventus” data-scaytid=”27″>Juventus are still not close to his €18m asking price.

It is believed the Partenopei could dive in with a €15m offer and upset the Bianconeri.
