Parma are reportedly growing increasingly frustrated at the slow pace of talks with Inter’s Matias Silvestre over a transfer.
The former Catania and Palermo centre-back has been deemed surplus to requirements by Walter Mazzarri at San Siro and has in the past few days been talking with the Gialloblu over a proposed move.
However, on from having initially rejected the idea of moving to the Ennio Tardini, the defender’s reported reluctance has seen the latest round of talks proceed slowly.
It is a situation that has the Emilia-Romagna outfit apparently presenting Silvestre with an ultimatum to make his mind up within the day whether he wants the move or not.
