Believed to be discussing a deal for the 27-year-old former Lazio target, Sky Sport 24 understand that the club have agreed to pick up the player at the expiry of his current deal.
The CSKA Moscow player is out of contract in January and Milan have today reportedly made official with his agent and brother an agreement to sign him then.
It is believed that the deal could be brought forward to this summer in the form of a transfer arranged with CSKA, but only if the Rossoneri sell players in the coming weeks.
