Alessandro Diamanti will still be wearing the Bologna shirt during the 2013-14 campaign, the club insist.
The Italian international has been linked with possible moves to Inter, Milan and Juventus in the last six months. He’s also caught the eye abroad.
“I can tell you that Diamanti is not for sale,” President Albano Guaraldi told Sky Sport Italia when asked about the fantasista’s future.
“He is the captain of Bologna, he doesn’t want to leave us and we have no desire to rid ourselves of him in the future.”
The 30-year-old has spent the last two seasons at Bologna. He’s scored 14 goals in 64 League games for the Dall’Ara outfit.
