Inter midfielder Alfred Duncan could return to Livorno or join Sunderland, but he said “on Wednesday you’ll have all the answers.”
The 20-year-old Ghana international is owned by Inter, but spent last season impressing on loan at Livorno, earning their promotion from Serie B.
According to the Daily Star, Sunderland have renewed their attempts to swoop for Duncan, having previously offered around €10m for the talent.
“On Wednesday you’ll have all the answers that you are waiting for... #Patience #beautifulpeople” he wrote on his Twitter account.
