Roberto Donadoni has admitted that he was delighted with Parma’s 1-0 win over Olympique Marseille.
Raffaele Palladino’ penalty gave the Crociati a win over the French side, and the Coach has conceded that it was a great confidence-booster for his men.
“It was important to carry out the gameplan we had set ourselves,” he told reporters.
“It was the first game of the season against a team ahead of us, so it was a good test.
“I got some great performances and feedback on a physical level.
“So now we have two days off and then it’s back to work.”
