There are reports Roma director Walter Sabatini could fly to Boston with Arsenal forward Gervinho tonight.
Sabatini was spotted by Sky Sport Italia in a meeting with Gunners directors today and all Italian sources suggest a deal is imminent.
The price-tag is thought to be €8m – around £6.9m – with performance-related bonuses the final details.
According to news agency Ansa, Sabatini will fly out to Boston after the meeting and take Gervinho with him.
Roma are owned by a Boston-based conglomerate and their summer training base is also in the city.
The objective would be to get the Ivory Coast international to his new teammates as quickly as possible.
