Inter forward Rodrigo Palacio is looking forward to today’s friendly against Serie A rivals Juventus.

The two teams will meet in Miami, America, as they look to avoid finishing last in the Guinness International Champions Cup.

“It's always a big occasion when you play Juventus and hopefully we'll do well,” the Argentine told Inter Channel.

“Neither side has done brilliantly in their recent friendlies and that just goes to show how difficult it is to manage a heavy workload and obtain results straight away.

“We've been working very hard and our legs are heavy, but we have to keep on the way we are.”

The Nerazzurri have made some changes this summer in terms of personnel, but they also have a new system to understand.

New boss Walter Mazzarri, who replaced Andrea Stramaccioni this summer, has introduced a 3-5-2 formation.

“I’m enjoying playing as the second striker,” added the former Genoa man. “I, of course, still need to adjust to playing in that position.

“However, the Coach is giving me loads of advice – he's always pointing out what I should do and where I can improve.”
