Udinese forward Matej Vydra is reportedly on his way back to England for West Bromwich Albion.
The 21-year-old Czech international spent last season on loan at Watford and was voted Championship Player of the Year after scoring 22 goals in 44 games.
According to the Birmingham Mail, talks are at an advanced stage between Udinese and West Brom.
It is claimed over the next 24 hours there should be discussions over personal terms with the player and perhaps even a medical.
Vydra played for Udinese in the Europa League preliminary round, scoring in the 4-0 win over Siroki Brijeg, despite the fact he was only on the pitch for four minutes.
