Russian club Krasnodar are in pole position to sign available Genoa defender Andreas Granqvist.
The Swedish international was being linked with a possible move to QPR, but it seems as though he could instead be heading to Russia.
The centre-back, who didn’t train with the Rossoblu on Friday morning, is expected to bring in a transfer fee of €5m.
Granqvist, 28, was signed by the Marassi outfit in 2011 from FC Groningen at a cost of €2m.
