Reto Ziegler will be playing for newly promoted Sassuolo in the new campaign after a deal was done with Juventus.
The Serie A new boys, according to Sky Sport Italia, will take the Swiss international on loan with an option to buy. The Old Lady will continue to pay a part of his salary.
Ziegler, 27, joined the Bianconeri in the summer of 2011 from Sampdoria on a Bosman free transfer.
However, he has never played for the Turin giants seeing as he has spent the last two seasons on loan at Fenerbahce and Lokomotiv Moscow.
Torino and Verona were also interested in the former Tottenham player.
