New Roma goalkeeper Morgan De Sanctis has warned his side against complacency when they face Livorno.
The capital club play Davide Nicola’s men at Armando Picchi on Sunday afternoon, and the shot-stopper has claimed that it is a tough start to the campaign.
“We will face a team that has changed very little since coming up,” he told reporters.
“This is an advantage for them. They already know each other, even if some of the players are experiencing Serie A for the first time.
“For us it is important to start well and play a good game.
“On paper we are superior, but we don’t want to be taken by surprise.”
