Ante Rebic is delighted to be at Fiorentina after he joined the club from RNK Split during the summer transfer session.
“I can not say that I have been a Fiorentina fan since I was a kid because I would be lying, but I have already fallen in love with this club,” he told Sportski.
“To play in Serie A with Fiorentina is a dream come true. For that I thank those who allowed me to land in Italy.”
Rebic, who cost just under €5m, is a forward who will primarily be used as a back-up to the likes of Giuseppe Rossi and Mario Gomez.
“There is so much competition for places here and this is a positive factor,” maintained the 19-year-old Croatia international.
“I can learn so much from great strikers and I will give my best to find a spot in the team.”
