New Verona signing Juan Manuel Iturbe has claimed that has joined ‘a big club’ after his loan move from Porto.
The 20-year-old forward has signed for the Gialloblu until the end of the season, and the attacker has insisted that he can’t wait to start.
“I am very happy to be here,” he told the club’s official website. “I have to thank the sporting director for giving me the chance to play at such a big club.
“The negotiations were long, but now I’m finally ready to show my qualities.
“I chose Verona because it is a great team. Italian football has always fascinated me.
“I am willing to do whatever the Coach wants from me. I can play on the left or on the right – it makes no difference.”
