Milan have confirmed Mattia De Sciglio will be out for “around a month, without complications” after knee surgery.
The 20-year-old defender has been struggling with knee problems for several months and a new relapse saw him go under the knife.
He had the operation this afternoon on the meniscus in his left knee, performed at the La Madonnina clinic in Milan by Professor Herbert Schonhuber.
“The prognosis is around a month, without complications.”
