Milan’s injury crisis is growing with Riccardo Montolivo and Andrea Poli adding to the list ahead of Celtic and Napoli.

The Rossoneri are already without Stephan El Shaarawy, Giampaolo Pazzini, Ignazio Abate, Mattia De Sciglio, Daniele Bonera and Mathias Silvestre.

The club’s medical staff released a statement this evening regarding new injuries picked up during the 2-2 draw with Torino.

Montolivo suffered a lesion to the femoral bicep in the left thigh, though more tests are needed to ascertain the length of his absence.

Poli only has a heavy bruise to his right leg, sustained during the collision with Giovanni Pasquale that earned the last-gasp penalty.

Montolivo is certainly out for Wednesday’s Champions League game with Celtic and next week’s Serie A clash with leaders Napoli, while Poli’s situation is more in the balance.
