Mario Balotelli will miss the game against Juventus after Milan opted against appealing his three-match ban.
The striker was handed the suspension on Monday following his dismissal after the final whistle of Sunday’s 2-1 home loss to Napoli.
The Diavolo were to appeal in an effort to get the sentence reduced, but they have today confirmed that will not happen.
As a result, the Italian international striker will miss the League games against Bologna, Sampdoria and Juventus.
Milan have, however, confirmed they will appeal against the closure of the Curva Sud. That step was taken in response to the racist chants aimed at Neapolitans in the Week 4 tie.
