Rudi Garcia has insisted that the ‘hard part starts now’ after Roma’s 100 per cent start to the season.

The Giallorossi have won their first four games of the season, but the French Coach has claimed it is too early to get excited, as they prepare to face Sampdoria on Wednesday.

“We have started well,” he told a Press conference. “But now our goal is to lengthen that run. It’s going to be tough, but the whole team is focused on the match with Sampdoria.

“We have only played four games so far and sit at the top of the League, but we cannot say yet whether we are at the same level as the top teams.

“The hard part for us starts now. Having said that though, this good start has given us a lot of confidence.

“Sampdoria have had two positives results away from home, and it’s always difficult to play teams in need of points. They are going to be a team even hungrier than normal.”
