Milan defender Mattia De Sciglio was in a car crash this morning, but Stephan El Shaarawy and Riccardo Montolivo rushed to his aid.
The 20-year-old full-back was driving along the A8 in Legnano outside Milan when his Audi was in a collision with two other vehicles.
Among the first on the scene to offer help were teammates El Shaarawy and Montolivo, who were driving along the same road towards training.
De Sciglio was taken to hospital at Busto Arsizio for tests, but police confirmed there were no injuries to the player or the other people involved in the accident.
The Italy international is not playing at the moment anyway due to an injury.
