Bologna have confirmed their faith in under-pressure boss Stefano Pioli after a winless start to the season.
The Rossoblu have collected just three points from six games and lost 5-0 at League leaders Roma at the weekend.
That loss led to speculation that Pioli could be shown the door, with Walter Zenga linked as a possible successor.
“I have never thought, not even remotely, about sacking Pioli,” President Albano Guaraldi told the Corriere di Bologna.
“That idea is not even in the hall of my brain.”
