Rami to start Milan training

Adil Rami is expected at Milanello this afternoon to begin training with his new Milan teammates ahead of a move from Valencia.

The Frenchman underwent a medical with the Rossoneri over the weekend and is seen alongside Los Che as having signed off on an agreement to transfer to the Serie A side.

Joining on a provisional loan deal to the end of the season, the 27-year-old is ineligible to play for Milan until January, but today he is set to start training with the Italians.

Valencia have been keen to offload Rami as soon as possible after his public outburst at his teammates and Coach Miroslav Djukic a fortnight ago.

Milan will apparently only take up the player’s wage from the moment they can register him at the start of the winter transfer window.
