Eusebio Di Francesco’s future on the Sassuolo bench again hangs in the balance, according to the Gazzetta dello Sport.
The former Roma winger had a nightmare start to the season given that the newly promoted club lost their first four games, including a 7-0 home reverse to Inter.
The side has recovered with draws against Napoli, Lazio and Catania, as well as a win over Bologna. However, the 2-1 loss to Udinese in midweek has increased the pressure.
Should they fall to Sampdoria at the weekend, the Gazzetta suggests Sassuolo could opt for a change with four men possible replacements.
They are Davide Ballardini, Eugenio Corini, Domenico Di Carlo and former Italian Under-21 boss Devis Mangia.
