Delio Rossi ignores talk of Sinisa Mihajlovic at Sampdoria. “I am judged on what I do, not what I say.”
There are reports Samp have contacted Serbia manager Mihajlovic to take over after his commitments with Serbia are completed this month.
“We are Coaches and judged on results, but the issue of my future is not a question you should be asking me,” said Rossi after a 2-1 defeat to Fiorentina.
“I haven’t heard from anyone at the club. I am accustomed to working and am judged on what I do, not what I say.
“This evening we certainly had the opportunities to equalise, but every now and then we lack that little bit of good luck.
“Sampdoria put their faith in me and I usually deliver. For the past 10 years I’ve pulled the rabbit out of the hat, but this year it’s a little more difficult.
“I am not considering a resignation. Why would I do that? I just get on with my work, though I know what football is like.”
