Fiorentina re-ignite Agazzi interest

Fiorentina are keen on signing Cagliari goalkeeper Michael Agazzi ahead of the 2014-15 campaign, reports La Nazione.

Agazzi looks set to quit the Rossoblu after refusing to sign an extension to a contract that is due to expire in June.

Cagliari have already taken steps in replacing him by netting former Real Madrid man Antonio Adan last week.

Agazzi, who was called-up by Italy boss Cesare Prandelli last season, was linked with the Viola in the summer but no move took place.

La Nazione claims the Viola want to provide current first-choice Norberto Neto with some serious competition for the gloves.
