Catania defender Nicolas Spolli will not face any action after he was accused of racially abusing Mario Balotelli.
The Milan striker claimed on Sunday that Spolli had uttered a racial epitaph towards in him during their 3-1 win at the weekend.
However, with insufficient evidence from cameras, the Guidice Sportivo have decided to take no action against the 30-year-old.
There are though, one-match bans for Sorensen (Bologna), Tachtsidis and Barrientos (Catania), Britos (Napoli), Cacciatore (Hellas Verona), Cigarini (Atalanta) and Matuzalem (Genoa) after they accumulated yellow cards over the weekend.
