Juan Guillermo Cuadrado has become a star at Fiorentina and revealed the secret to his success. “I have fun with football.”
The Colombian international will be on show at the 2014 World Cup, but performances for the Viola have already raised his price-tag to €30m with interest from Liverpool, Bayern Munich, Chelsea and Barcelona.
“My strength is that I have fun with my football,” he told Rai Sport. “I always smile, so when I’m playing or training it all comes naturally to me.
“I thank my mother, who was very important in raising me. She was both a mother and a father. I am happy to have created a charity foundation in Colombia, as it’s important to give children an opportunity in life.
“I am proud to be an idol to children. I also designed a line of clothing in Colombia, mainly to create some jobs.”
