Line-ups: Juventus-Sassuolo

Juventus try to get over their Champions League exit by hosting giant-killers Sassuolo in the 17.30 GMT kick-off.

This game was moved from Saturday evening after the Bianconeri’s stay in Istanbul was extended to Wednesday due to snow interrupting the Galatasaray clash. Click here for a match preview.

Claudio Marchisio sits out a ban, joined by the injured Andrea Pirlo, Simone Pepe and Mirko Vucinic.

There have to be changes to the midfield with Kwadwo Asamoah given a more central role, leaving the flanks to Mauricio Isla and Federico Peluso.

The front two is yet again Carlos Tevez and Fernando Llorente, but Stephan Lichtsteiner is rested.

Sassuolo have recovered from a disastrous start to the season, including a 7-0 defeat to Inter, by holding Roma, Napoli and Lazio to draws.

Their star player Domenico Berardi is suspended, but surprisingly Juventus-owned striker Simone Zaza is on the bench.

Instead, Coach Eusebio Di Francesco switches to a 3-5-2 system with Antonio Floro Flores and Simone Missiroli in attack.

Emanuele Terranova is injured, but all Sassuolo’s thoughts are with defender Francesco Acerbi. He is suspended after failing a doping test due to the presence of a hormone that suggests he may have a cancer relapse.

The centre-back had a testicular tumour removed in July and the blood tests imply he could have another tumour.
