Juventus beat Avellino in Coppa

Juventus are through to the quarter-finals of the Coppa Italia after a comfortable 3-0 win over Avellino.

Sebastian Giovinco, Martin Caceres and Fabio Quagliarella all scored in the opening 45 minutes to see the Old Lady progress.

Boss Antonio Conte made nine changes to the side that beat Sassuolo on Sunday, but the result was never in doubt.

Goals: 7' Giovinco, 17' Caceres, 35' Quagliarella

Juventus (3-5-2): Storari; Caceres, Ogbonna, Peluso; Motta (82' Lichtsteiner), Padoin, Marchisio, Asamoah (69' Bouy), De Ceglie; Giovinco (82' Pepe), Quagliarella.

Avellino (3-5-2): Di Masi; Izzo, Peccarisi, Pisacane; Zappacosta, D'Angelo, Togni (46' Schiavon), Arini (72' Angiulli), Millesi; Herrera, Castaldo (55' Galabinov).
