Inter transfer target Ezequiel Lavezzi assured he “will remain at PSG,” so the club intensifies interest in Erik Lamela.
The former Napoli striker has long been linked with a return to Serie A and a reunion with his ex-Partenopei Coach Walter Mazzarri.
“It is pleasing to be of interest to great clubs like Inter,” Pocho told Canal Football Club in France.
“But I will remain at PSG, I’m involved in the project and I don’t want to leave. I don’t think I’ve given my best in Paris yet, so I want to do better and change that situation.
“I realise the doors are open for me in Italy, but I am happy here. The day they tell me to leave, I probably will go.”
With Lavezzi ruling out a transfer, Inter can therefore intensify their attempts to sign Tottenham benchwarmer Lamela.
They face competition from Juventus, who are also interested in the former Roma striker.
