Petkovic & Lotito meet

Radio Mana Mana Sport have reported that Vladimir Petkovic has just finished a three and a half hour meeting with Lazio President Claudio Lotito.

The capital club are in a bizarre stand-off with the Bosnian Coach after he accepted the offer to take charge of the Switzerland national team in the summer.

The Biancocelesti were dismayed by this and moved to appoint Edy Reja as the new boss.

However, despite the Italian taking charge of training sessions, Petkovic has still insisted that he is in charge of the Stadio Olimpico outfit.

The team have made no official statement on the matter, but the radio station have confirmed that the 50-year-old tactician has been seen leaving a meeting in which he discussed matters with President Lotito.

The talks are said to have lasted three and a half hours, but no word has been made yet as to whether Reja or Petkovic will be on the touchline for Monday’s game with Inter.
