Cagliari visit Chievo in today’s Week 18 opener and Coach Diego Lopez expects “a battle for every ball.”

“Chievo are a difficult team to face, as they are very aggressive, know what to do and battle for every ball,” said Lopez in his Press conference.
“They struggled at the start, but after bringing in Eugenio Corini they got back on track with three consecutive victories. Even though they have lost the last two, they remain tough.
“Organisation is one of Chievo’s main strengths and we will have to keep hold of the ball to create scoring opportunities. Keeping the concentration levels high is also going to be essential and I’ve no doubt my team will do that.”
Victor Ibarbo returns from injury, but Nene is banned and Sebastian Eriksson sidelined. This is a notoriously tough fixture for Cagliari, who have never won away to Chievo in the top flight.
