Roma to push for Parolo

Walter Sabatini is reported as ready to improve Roma’s terms offered to Parma in order to close out a deal for Marco Parolo.

The Giallorossi have been increasingly linked with a move for the former Cesena man this midseason transfer window, even amid the Ducali’s comments to the contrary.

Il Messaggero are running the line that sporting director Sabatini is looking to tempt Parma in negotiations by offering €2.5m and Gianluca Caprari - instead of Alessio Romagnoli - for the 28-year-old.

These are terms Parma are seen to be considering and that could see a deal reached soon.
