Reports in the Italian Press this morning suggest the Milan have already made contact with Porto midfielder Fernando.
Gazzetta dello Sport reveal that Adriano Galliani was in Brazil over the Christmas period to talk with the Selecao midfielder whilst he was on his holidays.
The 26-year-old has been virtually ever-present for the Dragoes this season, but has been heavily linked with a switch to Italy.
Inter and Napoli are also said to be interested, but is it believed that the Rossoneri have been the quickest to approach the midfielder.
It is unclear however, whether Porto would be willing to off-load Fernando.
