Napoli switch from Banega to Parejo

With Ever Banega reportedly too expensive, Napoli are set to go in for another Valencia midfielder this month.

Il Roma claim that the Partenopei were quoted €20m for the Argentina international, plus wages of €4.5m per season.

Rafa Benitez’s men apparently baulked at those figures, and have instead turned their attention to Dani Parejo.

The 24-year-old Real Madrid graduate will be available for around €10m, and will allegedly settle for wages of €2m per year.

The Spain U21 international has been in-and-out of the Che XI this term, playing in 12 League games.
