Adriano Galliani and Daniele Prade will reportedly meet soon to discuss terms of a loan move for Alessandro Matri to Fiorentina.
The under-fire Milan forward has been increasingly linked with a move away from San Siro this January transfer window and reports are gathering pace that La Viola have moved to the front of the queue.
The Gazzetta dello Sport indicate that Fiorentina’s sporting director Prade will ‘imminently’ meet with Rossonero Vice-President Galliani to discuss terms to a possible loan move to the end of the season.
The Florence outfit are seen as in the market for a forward having lost Giuseppe Rossi to a knee injury and with Mario Gomez continuing to struggle for his return date.
It is understood that whilst Prade has been cautious in comment on the club’s search for a forward, Matri could be tied up very soon.
