There are reports Fiorentina have agreed to take Anderson on loan from Manchester United with an option to buy for €6.5m.
The Viola confirmed over the weekend that they were “in negotiations” for the Brazilian, who has struggled in recent years following his move from Porto.
According to Sky Sport Italia this evening, the club has agreed terms with Manchester United.
Anderson will arrive on loan for an undisclosed fee, then Fiorentina have an option to make the move permanent at the end of the season for €6.5m (£5.4m).
He is expected in Florence over the next 48 hours to complete a medical and sign the contract.
