Adryan 'at home' in Cagliari

New Cagliari signing Adryan has claimed that he feels ‘at home’ with the Isolani, despite only just arriving from Brazil.

The 19-year-old attacker has joined the Sardinian side from Flamengo, and at his official unveiling this afternoon, the youngster admitted that he couldn’t wait to get going in Serie A.

“Sardinia is very similar to Rio De Janeiro,” he told a Press conference. “I almost feel at home here.

“I want to stay here for a long time and win over the fans. I also want to repay the faith the President Cellino has shown in me.

“I’m a playmaker and can play between the lines in any attacking position.

“I know European football is very different for Brazilian football, but I just hope to gain some experience and grow professionally.

“The club have welcomed me with open arms and I want to thank them for that.

“I can’t wait to start.”
