Henrique will complete a €4m transfer from Palmeiras to Napoli, said his agent.
The Brazilian defender is due to fly out this evening and have his medical tomorrow in Naples.
“It was a good proposal for everybody concerned,” representative Marcos Malaquias told GloboEsporte.com.
“Despite the fact Henrique didn’t want to leave Palmeiras in their centenary year, the €4m offer satisfied us.”
It was reported his contract buy-out clause was actually €6m, but €4m proved enough to tempt Palmeiras into a sale.
The 27-year-old had been signed by Barcelona for €10m in 2008, but was repeatedly loaned out to Bayer Leverkusen, Racing Santander and Palmeiras.
